Order Entry/Admin support

Responsibilities
Support Team members with shipping, equipment preparation, customer support, administrative tasks, and interdepartmental projects. Other duties as assigned.

• This role requires someone who’s organized, proactive, and comfortable wearing many hats in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential. You’ll play a key role in keeping operations smooth and customers happy.
• Serve as backup support for sales specialist when needed.
• Tech savvy
• Must be dependable, adaptable, and solution-oriented.
• Industry experience a plus

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to lift/move up to 20 pounds.
• Must have access to reliable transportation to commute to our office.
