What You’ll Do Follow safety guidelines and wear required PPE Help maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites Learn hands‑on skills from experienced team members Use tools, equipment, and materials safely and efficiently Improve production, quality, and technical skills through ongoing training Take direction well and contribute to a positive team environment Who Thrives in This Role A great Technician is someone who is: Motivated and eager to learn Reliable and punctual Coachable and detail‑oriented A team player with strong communication skills Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, active job environment Aligned with our mission, values, and commitment to safety What You Need to Bring Basic Qualifications At least 6 months commercial/industrial painting or coatings experience Familiarity with job site tools, equipment, and materials Reliable crew member with strong attendance Valid Driver’s License + clean MVR Reliable transportation (job sites vary) Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening Preferred Qualifications OSHA‑10 safety knowledge or certification Quick learner with solid production awareness Ability to work efficiently in a busy, active environment Safety Matters Here You’ll be expected to: Follow all safety procedures Not be afraid of heights due to boom lifts (training required) Report hazards or incidents immediately Participate in safety training and development Help maintain an injury‑free workplace Your safety is our priority — and everyone contributes to keeping our sites safe.
