Job Description

• Personalize Therapeutic Plans: Assess individual patient needs to create tailored therapy strategies that help them achieve their functional aspirations.

• Collaborate in Multidisciplinary Teams: Partner effectively with other OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive care to every patient.

• Track and Document Patient Progress: Follow clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure patients remain on the right path.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Encouragement for continuing education and support for post-graduate certifications.

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is a must.
