Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Engage with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, well-rounded care.
Instruct patients and their loved ones on therapeutic practices to encourage sustained growth outside of therapy.
Track Progress and Document Changes: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
Encouragement for continuing education or post-graduate certifications
Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required
NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory
