Rate of Pay: $27.00- $30.00

We're looking for an Office Lead to join our team, where you'll help coordinate daily administrative operations, support office staff, and ensure information flows accurately between the office and warehouse teams. Success in this role means keeping order processing and documentation on track, maintaining accurate records, and providing the day-to-day leadership needed to keep administrative operations running smoothly.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking the lead in a fast-paced environment. You'll thrive if you enjoy supporting others, solving problems, and keeping multiple operational priorities organized and moving forward.

Your Impact:

As a Office Lead, you will:

· Coordinate daily administrative activities and provide day-to-day direction, training, and support to office staff.

· Monitor order processing, shipment documentation, and data entry to ensure information is complete, accurate, and processed on time.

· Review operational reports, transaction records, and documentation to identify discrepancies and support timely resolution.

· Serve as a key point of coordination between office and warehouse teams to ensure priorities, order updates, and operational needs are clearly communicated.

· Support team performance by answering questions, reinforcing procedures, and helping resolve administrative or workflow issues.

· Identify opportunities to improve office processes, documentation accuracy, communication, and overall efficiency.

· Identify recurring customer issues and contribute ideas that improve service quality, workflows, and first-contact resolution.

What You Bring to the Table:

· High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.

· 2–3 years of experience in an administrative, customer service, logistics, warehouse office, or similar operational environment.

· Previous lead, trainer, or team coordination experience preferred.

· Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort working with order processing, reporting, data entry, or warehouse/business systems.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities, support a team, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced operational environment.
