Benefits: 401(k) Paid time off Competitive salary Opportunity for advancement About the Role: Cool Waters Pools & Spa Inc is looking for a hardworking and motivated Landscape Laborer to join our team in Chino Hills, CA! This is a hands-on outdoor role where you'll help create beautiful outdoor spaces for our valued clients. If you love working outside and take pride in a job well done, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: Perform general landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, and pruning Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and ground cover as directed Apply mulch, soil, and fertilizers to maintain healthy landscapes Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment safely Remove debris, weeds, and waste from job sites Assist with irrigation system installation and maintenance Work alongside pool and spa areas to maintain surrounding landscape aesthetics Requirements: Prior experience in landscaping, or outdoor labor. experience with drains, low voltage lighting, sod, drip irrigation, planting turf experience a plus experience with running mini excavator, dumpers and small tractors a plus Ability to operate hand tools and power tools Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player Valid driver's license Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required About Us: Cool Waters Pools & Spa Inc has been a trusted name in the Chino Hills, CA area, delivering exceptional pool, spa, and outdoor living solutions to homeowners and businesses alike.
