Associate Attorney

A well-established and growing plaintiff-side personal injury firm in Miami is seeking a driven Personal Injury Attorney to join its litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney who wants to work on meaningful cases, take ownership of their files, and be part of a firm that is highly active in litigation. The firm represents injured individuals in a wide range of matters and is looking for someone who is comfortable managing cases and advocating aggressively on behalf of clients. Responsibilities Manage a caseload of plaintiff-side personal injury matters from inception through resolution Conduct legal research, draft motions, pleadings, and discovery Take and defend depositions Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and defense counsel Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding case progress Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Judicial clerkship experience required 3+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience preferred Experience with depositions, motion practice, and case strategy Strong writing, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced litigation environment Compensation Full-time Salary range: $150,000 - $215,000 annually + performance bonuses (Factors that may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.)
