Land Use Attorney

Our firm is seeking a highly motivated Land Use & Zoning Associate to join our Miami-based practice, with a particular focus on matters within the City of Miami and surrounding urban jurisdictions. This is an opportunity to work at the center of one of the most dynamic and fast-evolving land use environments in the country. What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who is not only technically strong, but also strategic, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of projects. 1–3 years of experience in land use, zoning, or local government law Demonstrated experience working within the City of Miami or similar South Florida jurisdictions strongly preferred Experience with public hearings and direct client interaction Ability to analyze and interpret architectural plans and development programs Strong drafting, research, and communication skills Comfortable managing multiple matters in a fast-paced environment Qualifications J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school Member of the Florida Bar in good standing Must be based in, or willing to relocate to, the Miami area Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 and $225,000.
