Overview Construction Project Manager (Civil Engineer / Architect) Location: NJ/NY | Full-time, On-site Pay Base pay range: $100,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Salary: $100,000 – $150,000/year + Benefits + Bonuses About Us We are a WBE General Construction firm specializing in NY/NJ public infrastructure projects. The Role We’re hiring a Construction Project Manager with a background in Civil Engineering or Architecture to lead NY/NJ public projects from planning to completion. Responsibilities Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders Manage project documentation using AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Procore, and Kahua Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and troubleshoot issues Provide clear updates and reports to stakeholders Qualifications 5+ years as a Project Manager with a General Contractor 3+ years working on NYS/NJ public projects (SCA experience preferred) Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture required OSHA 40 certification Proficiency in estimating, take-offs, and blueprint interpretation What We Offer Salary: $100K–$150K + bonus opportunities Health insurance + PTO Growth opportunities and leadership support The chance to work on high-impact public infrastructure Apply today and help us build the future together.
