We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer, and we welcome applications from recent graduates to seasoned professionals. Compensation will be commensurate with your experience and expertise. Your Role and Responsibilities: Craft comprehensive wastewater designs, site drainage plans, grading plans, stormwater pollution prevention plans, and cut and fill analyses for a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial projects. Meticulously review surveys, architectural floor plans, geotechnical reports, and other critical data sourced from architects, designers, public records, and subcontractors, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project objectives. Leverage industry-leading software and programs, including AutoCAD and Civil 3D, to execute innovative and efficient Civil Engineering designs. Manage assigned project scopes and budgets with precision, collaborating closely with clients and team members to develop effective, tailored solutions. Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, providing detailed insights into engineering processes and design considerations. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of applicable county and local municipal codes, ensuring regulatory compliance and project success. Qualifications: Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Three or more years of post-graduate experience in Civil Engineering (preferred for senior positions). Proficiency in industry-standard software, including AutoCAD and Civil 3D. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, fostering seamless collaboration and client interactions. A proven ability to thrive in a team environment, managing multiple projects concurrently with meticulous attention to detail. A strong ability to evaluate and make informed decisions regarding design tradeoffs.
