DFW Medical Clinic in Irving, TX is looking for a PRN Nurse practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team who is able to cover consistent recurring weekday shifts (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).

Compensation: $65/hour

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, providing high-quality, patient-centered care, and managing both acute and chronic conditions via telemedicine, as well as traditional in person care. This opportunity is ideal for experienced FNPs / PAs who can make a consistent recurring commitment or weekday hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for patients of all ages via telemedicine, as well as traditional in person care.

• Manage acute illnesses, chronic diseases, preventive care, and health screenings.

• Perform in-office procedures as appropriate to training and scope.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant electronic health records (EHR).

• Collaborate with clinic leadership and staff to ensure excellent patient care and workflow efficiency.

• Provide patient education and counseling on health promotion, disease prevention, and treatment options.

• Comply with all clinical, regulatory, and quality standards required by state and federal guidelines.

Position Details:

• Job Type: PRN (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)

• Schedule: Consistent PRN Weekday hours Tuesday 11:00 AM -7:00 PM and Wednesday and Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

• Hourly Rate: $65/hour

• Work Location: in-clinic

• Start Date: As soon as onboarding and credentialing are completed

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year out-patient primary care experience.

• Able to work Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

Responsibilities:

• Provide care for patients remotely through our telemedicine platform

• Conduct virtual visits across a range of primary and urgent care concerns

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in EMR

• Deliver evidence-based care in a fast-paced telehealth environment
