National Sales Leader - Medical Devices

Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop a national sales organization consisting of sales representatives and clinical support professionals. Create and execute sales strategies designed to accelerate revenue growth and market penetration. Provide coaching, leadership, and professional development to a young and rapidly growing commercial team. Drive performance management, forecasting, territory planning, and sales execution initiatives. Partner closely with executive leadership to align commercial objectives with broader organizational goals. Collaborate with market development, clinical, operational, and international stakeholders to support future product launches and business expansion. Establish and promote best practices in sales processes, customer engagement, and commercial excellence. Utilize CRM tools and data analytics to improve pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and sales effectiveness. Support long-term strategic planning as the company expands its portfolio and enters new clinical markets. Navigate cross-cultural business relationships while serving as a key liaison between U.S. operations and international leadership. Qualifications: Proven sales leadership experience within the medical device industry. Demonstrated success leading, developing, and motivating sales teams. Strong strategic mindset with the ability to create and execute effective commercial growth plans. Experience balancing leadership responsibilities with a hands‑on, startup-oriented approach. Ability to mentor and coach developing sales professionals while creating organizational structure and accountability. Strong understanding of CRM systems, preferably HubSpot. Experience launching new products or supporting commercial expansion initiatives is preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, and executive-level relationship-building skills. Ability to work effectively within multicultural business environments. Long-term career orientation with a desire to grow alongside an expanding organization. Experience within ablation, interventional radiology, endocrinology, ENT, surgical technologies, or related medical device specialties is preferred.
