One Travel Week Per Month | Daily Flights Las Vegas ↔ Albuquerque | Gallup → Las Vegas (Mon/Wed/Fri) | High Surgical Demand
This role is perfect for a Las Vegas-based provider who wants a predictable, structured travel rhythm and a surgery-heavy schedule without the headache of building volume from scratch.
You'll lead surgical care across Grants + Gallup + Farmington, NM in a 4-day/month format that can be stacked into one travel week .
Las Vegas Travel Advantage (Easy Hub + Regional Options)
Daily flights: Las Vegas ↔ Albuquerque (simple hub routing)
Gallup → Las Vegas via Advanced Air (Mon/Wed/Fri) (regional access option)
You can fly into Albuquerque , complete the travel week across all sites, and fly home—clean and repeatable.
Schedule (Stackable)
Grants — 1 day/month
Gallup — 2 days/month
Farmington — 1 day/month
Clinical Scope
Surgical extractions (including thirds)
IV sedation certification required if doing impacted thirds with sedation
Implants (Gallup + Grants placing now; Farmington growth lane)
Expansion into grafting/regeneration supported
