Responsibilities Lead & Develop the Team: Inspire, coach, and manage Warehouse employees. Support hiring decisions and partner with leadership on promotions, compensation, and performance management. Drive Operational Excellence: Oversee efficient daily warehouse operations, ensuring flawless receiving, picking, packing, and shipping. Coordinate smooth shift handovers to maintain continuity and performance. Plan & Execute with Precision: Create and manage schedules, workforce plans, and work instructions. Oversee inventory control and replenishment of warehouse supplies, spare parts, and materials. Ensure Safety & Quality Standards: Champion service, quality, and compliance. Maintain high standards in safety, security, housekeeping, and proper use of equipment and machinery. Optimize & Innovate: Identify and lead process improvement initiatives. Execute strategic projects and collaborate cross‑functionally to enhance warehouse performance. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience: 3+ years in warehousing with experience leading teams. Experience in international wave planning, analyzing, scheduling, and planning orders. Skills: Strong communication and problem‑solving skills, technical proficiency in Oracle and Excel, and ability to present information effectively. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
