ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2002 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in insurance claims, where I developed a passion for helping people through difficult situations. I'm originally from Kentucky and previously served as a county commissioner.

Community involvement has always been an important part of both my personal and professional life. Our agency stays actively involved through the local Chamber of Commerce, Main Street organizations, and other community events. We enjoy building relationships and making a positive impact in the communities we serve.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Rita Johnson - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
