A well-established and growing law firm in Edison, NJ is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join its litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants hands‑on responsibility, client interaction, and long-term growth within a collaborative firm environment. Responsibilities Handle a broad range of commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and dispositive briefs Manage all phases of discovery, including depositions and written discovery Appear in state and federal courts throughout New Jersey Work directly with clients and provide strategic litigation counsel Collaborate with partners and junior attorneys on complex matters Qualifications 2+ years of commercial litigation experience Strong experience handling cases independently Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills Prior experience in state and federal court required Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset Competitive base salary commensurate with experience Performance-based bonus opportunities Collegial work environment with opportunity for advancement The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 – $2000,000.
