DevOps Release & Change Manager

Job Summary Responsible for managing end-to-end change and release management processes, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps automation, container deployments, cloud services, and disaster recovery planning. Collaborates with development, QA, operations, and business teams to ensure reliable, timely, and secure software releases within an Agile environment. Location Plano, TX Experience 10+ Years Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage change management and release management processes
- Plan, schedule, and execute software releases
- Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery
- Coordinate across Development, QA, Operations, and Production Support teams
- Execute change processes and ensure communication with all key stakeholders
- Create and maintain release implementation plans and manage inter-team dependencies
- Review quality controls and facilitate release approval processes
- Organize and participate in key meetings, track risks, and manage action items
- Collaborate with business product owners, technical leads, architects, and dev teams
- Plan, coordinate, and execute disaster recovery testing
- Support environment management and configuration management activities
- Deploy and manage container-based applications (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Work with cloud services: AWS (EKS, ALB, EC2, S3, Gateway, CloudFront)
- Expertise in Change Management and Release Management processes
- Strong experience in DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline automation
- Hands-on with Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, ServiceNow, JIRA
- Cloud experience: AWS (EKS, ALB, EC2, S3, Gateway, CloudFront)
- Container and orchestration experience: Docker, Kubernetes
- Exposure to web servers, application servers, load balancers, and firewalls
- Working knowledge of Agile delivery processes
- Strong communication, organizational, and team collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive
- Exposure to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Knowledge of CMDB and configuration management
- Experience coordinating with production support teams
- Disaster recovery planning and testing experience
