Press Brake Operator ManufacturingMansfield, Texas Contract to Hire Aug 3, 2026 NSC Staffing has an immediate opening for a Press Brake Operator in Mansfield, TX - Background friendly - Shift: 1st shift, schedule 7a – 3:30p, Monday – Friday Pay: $20-$26 depending on experience We are seeking a skilled and dependable Press Brake Operator to join our custom metal fabrication team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating Amada press brakes and be proficient in manual set up and programming. This role is critical to shaping precision metal components for custom projects, requiring a strong understanding of forming techniques, blueprint reading, and machine operation. Key responsibilities include:Operate Amada press brake machine to bend and form metal components to exact specificationsPerform manual set up of tooling, back gauges, and machine parameters for each jobProgram machine using interface or controllerRead and interpret blueprints, flat prints and bend drawingsMaintain press brake equipment and tooling in good working conditionDuties:Select appropriate tooling and dies based on material type and bend requirementsAdjust machine settings to maintain consistent bend angles and dimensionsHandle a variety of materials including mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminumAssist in layout and verification of formed partsNSC Staffing values our employees and is committed to offering meaningful employment in safe workplace conditions.
