Sales Manager

The Judge Group is hiring for an Area Sales Manager in the San Francisco Bay Area for a fully onsite, direct hire role. In this role, you’ll collaborate with physicians, clinicians, and key hospital stakeholders to expand product adoption and improve patient outcomes. What You’ll Do Achieve and exceed territory sales goals (monthly, quarterly, annually) Conduct in-person, consultative sales presentations with healthcare professionals Build strong relationships across hospital departments (Orthopedics, Trauma, Neurosurgery, ER, etc.) and private clinics Develop and execute strategic territory growth plans Partner with internal teams and external distribution channels to maximize results Use data and reporting tools to identify opportunities and optimize performance Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge Manage territory expenses and reporting with a high level of accountability ✅ What You Bring Bachelor’s degree (Business, Life Sciences, or related field preferred) 3+ years of successful field sales experience (medical device preferred) Experience in orthopedics, O&P, or physical therapy is a strong plus Proven ability to influence clinical decision-makers and close business Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Willingness to travel within the territory (~50%) Why This Opportunity Stands Out High-growth, high-impact territory Work directly with leading healthcare professionals Collaborative and performance-driven culture Competitive compensation + incentive structure Interested in learning more?
