About the Role As a Service Advisor, you serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and the service department. This is a highly visible, customer-facing role that requires professionalism, empathy, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee the service experience from arrival to delivery, ensure accurate communication between customers and technicians, and help deliver a smooth, high-quality customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships, and working in a performance-driven environment where customer satisfaction matters.
