If yes, here’s how you will contribute to the team: As a Behavioral Health LVN, you will be an essential part of the clinical team responsible for monitoring psychiatric stability, responding to changes in condition, and maintaining a safe therapeutic environment. Responsibilities Include Psychiatric and medical observation and assessment Medication administration and monitoring Responding to changes in condition De-escalation and crisis response Collaborating with the treatment team Nursing documentation and clinical charting Supporting a safe and structured therapeutic environment Communicating with providers regarding clinical concerns Coordinating medical care when needed Shift-to-shift clinical reporting This is a hands-on clinical role where nurses are actively involved in patient care throughout the shift.
