PM Shift Leader — Youth Care & Crisis Response

Rising Ground in New York City is seeking a Shift Supervisor (PM) to provide operational leadership in their residential treatment program for youth. This on-site role requires oversight of therapeutic and administrative duties, staffing coordination, and crisis management. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in a relevant setting and strong leadership skills.
