THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS AN EXPERIENCED HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN

As a full-time Experienced HVAC Service Technician, you will work a consistent schedule designed to provide steady, year-round employment.

Each day, you will set out in a company vehicle to service, repair, and install heating and cooling systems for a variety of customers throughout the Kansas City area. You will apply your expertise to diagnose issues, recommend solutions, and ensure all work meets our high standards for quality and safety. You will communicate directly with customers, provide outstanding service, and take pride in exceeding expectations. As you work independently and as part of a supportive team, you will have access to the tools and resources needed for success.

OUR IDEAL EXPERIENCED HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN

• 3+ years of heating and cooling experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Knowledge of tools, materials, and HVAC equipment
• Pride in workmanship and quality
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong organizational skills
