We are looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer who excels in customer service, is a skilled problem solver, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is a positive, self-motivated team player. As a member of our team, you'll play a key role in delivering excellent service and top-tier installations to our valued residential customers. What we offer:

- Install air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, duct systems, and accessories (air filters, thermostats, etc.) for residential customers.
- Lead, mentor, and train HVAC installers and apprentices, ensuring high-quality and efficient installations.
- Maintain clear communication with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and answering questions throughout the installation process.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures, adhering to local building codes and regulations.
- Test and inspect HVAC systems after installation to confirm proper functioning.
- Troubleshoot and address any issues during or after installation.
- Ensure tools and equipment are in good working order and properly maintained.
- At least 3 years of experience as an HVAC Installer.
- Proficiency in installing and maintaining HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and ductwork.
- Relevant certifications (EPA, NATE, etc.) preferred.
- Clean driving record.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and exceeding expectations.
- Leadership skills to manage and train a team effectively.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
- Comfort working in tight spaces, including climbing ladders and bending to access equipment.
- Ability to stand, kneel, or crawl for extended periods while working.
