The Vice President of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive growth of our self-storage business.

• Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan aligned with the company's overall business objectives and growth targets.
• Identify market opportunities and design digital marketing strategies to enhance market share and drive revenue growth.
• Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
• Develop and execute overall lead generation and digital promotional marketing strategy to drive conversions. Including SEO, SEM, Social, and Affiliate Marketing.
• Produce extensive reporting on all marketing channels performance to measure effectiveness and find opportunities to diversify channels.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive advantage.

• Oversee the development and maintenance of the company's brand identify and positioning in the market.
• Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels and materials.

• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
• Monitor expenses and evaluate the ROI of marketing activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field.
• Five (5)+ years of experience in a senior leadership role in marketing.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in Excel, MS Office, Power BI
