Compensation & Benefits The compensation range for starting base compensation only, which is adjusted in accordance with years of experience and/or faculty rank, is expected to be $330,000 - $390,000. Variable compensation above base is paid semi-annually for additional productivity above benchmark. More information on compensation is discussed with the department during the recruitment process.
