Family Practice/Primary Care Physician Assistant

Client seeks Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant for contract assignment 3 days per week starting August 31-October 7 at their Corporate Health center in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. Provider will see ages 2 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness visits. Hours are Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday 7:00am-5:00pm with a 30-minute lunch break. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment.
