What You’ll Do:

As a Manager/Supervisor at Zenshin Asian Restaurant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and our guests leave with unforgettable dining experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and excellence.
• Leading and mentoring a team of staff to deliver top-notch service.
• Managing schedules, inventory, and other operational tasks.
• Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborating with the team to maintain the warm, welcoming atmosphere Zenshin is known for.

What We’re Looking For:

To shine in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a managerial or supervisory position, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and guide your team.
• Asian Fusion restaurant knowledge of Sushi, Food, Bar and Sake is a plus
• Appearance, Hotel Policy:No facial hair, No facial piercing's, No visible tattoos, Natural hair colorie:No Blue, Green, Pink or Purple
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset to handle challenges with ease.
• A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
