Paralegal

A collaborative boutique law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support a team handling sophisticated, high-stakes litigation matters. Unlike many larger legal environments, this role offers significant substantive involvement in casework, providing direct interaction with attorneys and exposure to all phases of litigation. Main Responsibilities: Support attorneys through all phases of litigation matters. Conduct legal research using resources such as LexisNexis, Westlaw, and PACER. Prepare, review, proofread, and manage pleadings, briefs, filings, and other legal documents. Coordinate electronic court filings and monitor filing deadlines. Organize and maintain case files, deposition materials, hearing and trial notebooks, exhibits, and supporting documentation. Assist with document analysis, factual investigations, and case-related research. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. Approximately 2-4 years of litigation paralegal experience preferred. Strong legal research, proofreading, writing, and analytical skills.
