Position Summary

The Stoke Therapeutics team is seeking an experienced and driven Associate Director, Commercial Supply Chain Management and Planning to lead the planning, forecasting, and execution of commercial supply strategies that ensure uninterrupted drug availability. This individual partners cross-functionally with Commercial Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and external vendors to drive demand and supply planning, launch supply plans, and cold-chain logistics to help build and scale the function. The role plays a critical part in leading commercial supply chain activities from launch through steady-state operations, including artwork development, CMO timeline management, and DSCSA / Serialization compliance, while also supporting demand planning and ERP setup and design.

The ideal candidate possesses strong expertise in commercial supply management, forecasting, inventory planning, ERP systems, and cross-functional collaboration, with excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of the commercial supply chain strategy, helping build capability from initial launch into a scalable operating model.
• Lead supply chain coordination of commercial artwork management and secondary packaging workstream.
• Own day – to – day demand and supply planning activities and support the implementation and facilitation of the S&OP process.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, DSCSA/serialization, and applicable global regulatory requirements across the distribution network.
• Develop launch supply plans in collaboration with CMC, QA, RA, and Commercial Operations.
• Drive supply planning for both clinical and commercial supply chains.
• Support the execution of cold-chain logistics, including temperature integrity and chain of custody.
• Partner with Quality to support GxP compliance, including change controls, continuous improvement, and deviation handling.
• Track and manage timelines for internal activities and external CMO production activities to support continuous supply of commercial materials.
• Support development of Commercial Supply Chain SOPs for inspection readiness and GxP compliance.
• Serve as a supply chain representative in ERP setup, configuration, and design decisions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelors in Life Sciences required.
• Minimum 8-10 years in Commercial Supply Management or a related field.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Project software required.
• Strong foundation in S&OP, demand and supply planning, inventory management, and distribution network strategy.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical distribution models, specialty distribution/pharmacy, 3PLs, and GDP/DSCSA/serialization-regulated environments.
• Hands-on experience with planning and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent); interest/aptitude in supporting system design and configuration
• Demonstrated experience in inventory management and forecasting drug supply.
• Experience in supporting new product launches.
• General knowledge of GMP and GDP.
• Prior experience providing supply chain oversight to secondary packaging and labeling providers.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, strong collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and manage complexity.

Stoke is located in Bedford, MA, and will be moving to a new location in Waltham, MA by the end of 2026. This position is a lab-based position currently in the Bedford office and will later be based in Waltham.

Travel:

This position will require approximately 5% travel.

Compensation & Benefits:

At Stoke Therapeutics, we are committed to offering a comprehensive, competitive and thoughtfully designed total rewards program.

The anticipated salary range for this role is $182,000 - $199,000.. The final offer will be determined based on a variety of factors, including role scope, experience and qualifications, education, market benchmarks, internal equity, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, Stoke offers an annual bonus and equity participation.
