Requirements Facility: WellSpan Chambersburg Hospital Specialty: Electrophysiology APP Start Date: 9/1 Contract Length: ongoing Shift Details: Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8a-6p flexible Work Details: Support Staff: 1 assigned clinical team • Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: FULL-TIME 40 hours per week • Patients per day: 18 • Patient Population/Age: 18-100 • Department Description: Intervention/Electrophysiology • EMR: EPIC • Hospital Bed size: 270 • Special Procedures: not performed by APP however may see at any point postoperatively • Interventional Cardiology: R/LHC PCI Balloon Angioplasty Balloon Pump • Electrophysiology: Pacemaker Implant ICD implant traditional and sub-Q Loop recorder implant and/or explant Ablations: AVN SVT AFLUTTER • Skills Required: Cardiology/Interventional/Electrophysiology Practice Setting: select as many as needed • Academic/Training: Yes • Clinic/Private Practice: Yes • Hospital: Yes Requirements: • Board Certification: NP or PA certification • License Required: Yes • DEA: Yes • Certifications Required: ACLS/BLS • Minimum Experience Required: Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days temps available with clean file Shift Info: Day 4x10-Hour 08:00 - 18:00
