One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred. Valid Forklift Operator's License certified. Must have a clean driving record, personal vehicle, and be willing to travel within the area approximately 25‑50% of the day. Strong technical aptitude, including proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, scanners, and entering orders into a WMS system. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted. Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to work indoors and outdoors. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as a member of a team. Ability to work within a diverse work environment. Detail‑oriented with excellent follow‑up practices. Highly thorough and dependable. Must be punctual and have a good attendance record. Responsibilities Perform warehouse functions, which may include loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting. Manage inbound products such as bolts, cables, reels, wires, anchors etc. Operate equipment including stand‑up and sit‑down forklifts and pallet jacks. Perform duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract. Be responsible for accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products and loading and unloading of trucks. Handle day‑to‑day paperwork in the warehouse environment (i.e., picking sheets, returns, bills of lading). Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing system during the core shift hour of production. Perform other duties as assigned.
