Production Labor Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 16.50 to $ 17.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available (Monday through Saturday)

• Shift & Pay Options: 1st shift ($16.50/hr), 2nd shift ($17.00/hr), and 3rd shift ($17.50/hr), all Monday–Friday with 7.5-hour days (37.5 hours/week); overtime may be required.
• Primary Duties: Sort, stack, load, and unload reusable plastic containers on a fast-paced production line while maintaining strong attendance and flexibility across positions.
• Physical Demands: Frequent heavy lifting (50–60 lbs), carrying loads, repetitive bending/stooping, and standing for full shifts in humid, sometimes wet conditions.
• Work Environment & Requirements: High-heat/humidity environment, strict food safety dress code (no jewelry, nails, etc.), and required PPE (hair/beard nets).

Production Labor Qualifications:

• Lift 50–60 lbs and handle repetitive physical work
• Work in hot, humid conditions
• Reliable transportation to Greenfield, IN
• Strong attendance and flexibility
• Follow safety dress code and communicate in English

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
