Regular Days: Thursday, Friday, Saturday Week Schedule Week 1 Thursday – Saturday ( 3 days ) Week 2

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

3+ years of data center experience 5-10+ years of critical environment or building engineering experience Experience in operations, maintenance and/or building engineering Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and critical infrastructure systems. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Navy Nuclear experience Experience with Visio, AutoCAD

JOB DESCRIPTION

A leading global data center provider supporting mission‑critical customer environments. This role is responsible for maintaining the reliability of critical infrastructure systems in a 24/7/365 data center environment while leading a small shift team of 1–4 technicians. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate 1–4 technicians during an assigned shift, ensuring safe and efficient operations. Support the operation and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, cooling, life safety, and critical power systems. Monitor and respond to facility alarms, prioritizing uptime and protection of the critical load. Utilize CMMS to track preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, work orders, inspections, and labor activities. Execute and follow SOPs, MOPs, EOPs, MMRs, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to complete maintenance and project work safely. Serve as a customer‑facing point of contact for colocation clients and maintain accurate operational documentation.
