Office Manager – Heil Law Firm As an Office Manager at Heil Law Firm, you will support both operational and human‑resource functions, ensuring efficient office operations and a positive work environment. What you’ll do: HR & Employee Relations: Handle employee issues, serve as escalation point for HR matters, support managers and maintain a positive work environment. Payroll & PTO Management: Oversee payroll processes and manage PTO, ensuring accuracy and timely coverage. Office Operations: Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and logistics to keep the office running smoothly. Internal Support: Provide support to department leaders, ensuring operational alignment and effective collaboration across teams. Build Structure: Implement HR processes and office systems to foster a scalable and organized environment. What we’re looking for: Office Management or HR Experience: Proven track record in office management or HR, supporting 15–30+ employees. Operational Competence: Comfortable handling various aspects of office operations and people management. Preferred Skills: Experience in payroll processing; previous work in a law firm or professional services environment. Traits: Highly organized, proactive, strong execution skills, people‑savvy; able to manage and improve processes independently. Problem‑Solving: Ability to handle HR escalations and operational challenges with strategic thinking and decisiveness.
