Operations Manager

Job Overview As Operations Manager at Punch Bowl Social, you will protect our core values of Culinary Integrity, Craft Beverages, and Social Gaming while leading the venue’s operations. Responsibilities Oversee execution of all brand standards. Train and manage team members and support staff. Lead operations crew during shifts. Communicate professionally with all departments. Lead all functional areas related to FOH operations. Coordinate with BOH to ensure seamless guest experience. Use data/resources to understand and report on store performance. Maintain accountability of in‑house checks and cash balancing. Apply inventory and cost control standards weekly. Qualifications Three years of experience in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment. Ability to work a schedule aligned with restaurant/bar volume. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong math aptitude. Ability to stand and move quickly for up to four hours. Good balance; able to bend and kneel; able to lift items up to 50 pounds. Must be 21 years old or older.
