Program Coordinator Reports to: Director of Operations
Schedule: Monday-Friday with rotating on-call responsibilities, including weekends and occasional support outside normal residential hours

What You'll Do Leadership & Team Development You'll directly supervise Program Supervisors and indirectly support DSP teams across multiple homes. You will:

High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. Experience
At least four years of leadership experience in residential services, such as Program Supervisor or Manager level. Other Requirements

- Coach, mentor, and develop emerging leaders
- Lead change and organizational initiatives
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback
- Promote a culture of appreciation, growth, and professionalism
- Maintain positive relationships with families and stakeholders
- Monitor staffing ratios, schedules, overtime, and coverage
- Review documentation, incident reports, and service records daily
- Ensure timelines are met (ISPs, GERs, T-Logs, audits, etc.)
- Conduct routine home visits and quality reviews
- Oversee budgets, appointments, vehicle logs, and maintenance follow-up
- Ensure supervisors execute responsibilities consistently and correctly
- Serve as a subject matter resource on DDDS and regulatory expectations
- Lead responses to licensing reviews and plans of correction
- Analyze trends from incidents and audits to drive improvement
- Ensure policies, procedures, and documentation standards are followed
- Support teams in helping individuals pursue their goals and preferences
- Encourage informed decision-making and community integration
- Promote rights, advocacy, and meaningful relationships
- Ensure assessments, surveys, and support tools are completed and used effectively
