Shipping & Receiving - Stand-up Forklift
Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and logistics industry, is seeking a Shipping & Receiving - Stand-up Forklift to join their team. As a Shipping & Receiving - Stand-up Forklift, you will be part of the Warehouse Department supporting warehouse operations and logistics teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Shift: 1st Shift
What's the Job?
- Operate a stand-up forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse efficiently and safely
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring accuracy and safety during handling
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for correctness
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare materials for shipment
- Maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation and inventory records
What's Needed?
- Minimum 1 year of stand-up forklift experience
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and every other weekend
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
