Traffic Manager
The Keenfolks
TRAFFIC MANAGER About Keenfolks Keenfolks is an AI-native Marketing Transformation Partner that leverages AI-powered technology to optimize and augment the efficiency of marketing organizations across Data, Content, Media, and CX. We work with leading global brands, blending strategic thinking with hands-on production capability to help our clients move faster and smarter. About the Role Keenfolks is building an AI Content Factory for one of the world's leading Fortune 500 brands - an innovation-driven engagement reinventing how a global pharmaceutical leader creates content at scale using AI. We're looking for a Traffic Manager to lead delivery on this new, high-visibility program. This is a rare opportunity to be the sole US-based point of contact on a flagship AI-powered initiative - running production for a brand-name client while helping shape how AI tools and workflows get embedded into creative production at scale. It's the kind of engagement that sharpens your AI fluency, deepens your production-at-scale expertise, and adds a marquee Fortune 500 name to your portfolio. The ideal candidate is a seasoned project management professional with a strong background in creative or marketing agency environments - someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes settings, is genuinely curious about AI-driven production, and can keep complex, multi-stakeholder creative projects moving without missing a beat, while representing Keenfolks credibly and independently in front of the client. Why This Role
• Innovation at the core - work at the center of an AI Content Factory shaping the future of content production for a Fortune 500 brand.
• High-visibility mandate - sole US point of contact on a flagship account, with direct exposure to senior client stakeholders from day one.
• Career-defining portfolio - add a marquee global pharmaceutical brand and a cutting-edge AI production model to your track record.
• Room to shape the model - influence how AI tools, workflows, and best practices get built and scaled, not just execute an existing playbook. Location & Work Model
• Location: New Jersey or New York, US-based.
• Work model: Hybrid - on-site at the client's offices 1-2 times per week, remote otherwise.
• Reports to: Keenfolks Account Leadership for this engagement. Key Responsibilities
• Act as the sole day-to-day Keenfolks point of contact for the client team, representing the full breadth of the engagement.
• Own end-to-end project management for creative and content production workflows, from brief intake through final delivery.
• Build, maintain, and communicate project timelines, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on milestones and deliverables.
• Manage resource allocation across internal creative teams and external partners, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
• Facilitate standups, status meetings, and review sessions; document decisions and follow through on action items.
• Maintain full project visibility in Adobe Workfront (or equivalent PM tooling), keeping tasks, timelines, and workloads current.
• Identify risks early and escalate or resolve them before they impact delivery - given the sole-POC nature of this role, sound judgment on what to escalate internally is critical.
• Track and report on project KPIs, budget adherence, and team capacity to Keenfolks leadership.
• Continuously improve workflows, templates, and processes to increase team efficiency.
• Partner with the Keenfolks AI and Tech teams to pilot, refine, and scale AI-powered production workflows within the Content Factory model.
• Uphold the quality and compliance standards expected in a regulated pharmaceutical client environment. Requirements Experience
• Proven 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager within a creative or marketing agency environment - mandatory.
• Experience with health, pharmaceutical, or life sciences clients is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects with competing deadlines in a high-output environment.
• Comfortable operating as the sole client-facing representative for a project - able to build trust and credibility independently with senior client stakeholders. Skills & Competencies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; equally comfortable liaising with creative teams and client stakeholders.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed - able to work autonomously without close supervision.
• Hands-on expertise with Adobe Workfront or comparable project management tools.
• Familiarity with pharma or other regulated-industry content workflows and approval processes is a plus.
• Genuine interest in AI-powered production tools and workflows - experience with AI content or automation tools is a strong plus. Languages & Nationality
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) - mandatory.
• Spanish - a strong plus. Keenfolks is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
