Director of Golf Operations

Troon Careers is seeking an experienced and service-driven Director of Golf Operations to oversee the daily operations of The Westin Kierland Golf Club. This highly visible leadership role is responsible for delivering exceptional golf and hospitality experiences while driving operational excellence, financial performance, team development, and cross-department collaboration within a luxury resort setting.The Director of Golf Operations will work closely with resort leadership at The Westin Kierland Resort & Spa to align club operations with overall hotel objectives, group business initiatives, resort programming, and brand standards.
