Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Painter role based in Sarasota, FL. The Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring a high-quality finish for a variety of residential and commercial projects. Day-to-day tasks include painting and decorating, using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment, and applying coatings efficiently. The role requires maintaining a clean and safe work environment, adhering to project timelines, and working collaboratively with team members.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Paint and Painting techniques
• Skills in Painting and Decorating, including detailed surface preparation
• Experience with Coatings and Spray Painting applications
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver quality finishes
• Knowledge of safety guidelines and best practices in painting projects
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet deadlines
• Prior experience in residential or commercial painting is a plus
• Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to the Sarasota, FL location
