We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Director of Marketing to lead marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand, expand membership, deepen member engagement, and support continued growth throughout the Hudson Valley and beyond.

This leader will plan, develop, execute, and evaluate integrated marketing strategies that support business development, increase product adoption, and reinforce TEG Federal Credit Union’s position as a trusted financial partner.

The successful candidate will take ownership of marketing’s contribution to TEG’s deposit, loan, and membership goals, using strategic marketing initiatives to help drive measurable growth. This individual will demonstrate strong business acumen, accountability for results, and readiness for executive-level leadership responsibilities through strategic thinking, sound decision-making, and cross-functional leadership.

Who You Are

You are a strategic, results-driven marketing professional who combines creativity, business acumen, and data-driven decision-making to drive growth and engagement. You have a proven track record of developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness, support product adoption, and deliver measurable results.

You possess a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience), along with 7-10 years of progressive marketing experience. Your background includes digital marketing, content development, website management, marketing automation, analytics, digital advertising, and multi-channel campaigns.

You are an effective leader with experience managing projects, budgets, and cross-functional initiatives. You build strong relationships, communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, and use data to develop actionable marketing strategies.

Expertise in SEO, AEO, social media marketing, HubSpot, Google Analytics, content management systems, and emerging AI-powered marketing tools is highly desirable.

What You'll Do

As the Director of Marketing, you will serve as a strategic partner to the Vice President of Marketing, helping shape and execute marketing initiatives that support TEG Federal Credit Union's growth objectives, strengthen our brand, and deepen member relationships. You will play a key leadership role in developing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive membership growth, product adoption, loan and deposit growth, and overall business performance.

You will contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, campaign development, and resource allocation while regularly presenting marketing performance, opportunities, and recommendations to senior leadership. As a trusted advisor and emerging executive leader, you will develop a broad understanding of credit union operations, financial performance, and enterprise-wide priorities, positioning yourself to contribute meaningfully to the organization's long-term success.

You will utilize platforms such as Arkalytics, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other reporting tools to monitor marketing performance and measure return on investment. By analyzing campaign results, member behavior, and market trends, you will identify growth opportunities, provide data-driven recommendations, and ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives.

You will also take ownership of marketing's contribution to business development outcomes and drive measurable growth through strategic marketing initiatives. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will develop and execute programs that support membership acquisition, product adoption, loan growth, deposit growth, and member engagement. Your responsibilities will include building relationships throughout the communities we serve, coordinating and promoting corporate and community events, and representing TEG Federal Credit Union at networking events, outreach activities, and community functions. Success in this role requires a genuine commitment to community service and civic engagement that reflects our mission and values.

As a people leader, you will provide day-to-day direction, coaching, and accountability for marketing team members while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinate efforts with internal departments and external partners, and ensure all marketing initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Through mentorship and professional development, you will help build a high-performing team that delivers exceptional results.

Finally, you will help strengthen and protect the TEG Federal Credit Union brand by developing compelling content and communications across digital, print, email, social media, public relations, and advertising channels. You will ensure a consistent brand voice, message, and visual identity while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and organizational standards. Through strategic storytelling and thoughtful communications, you will enhance member engagement, build brand awareness, and reinforce TEG's reputation as a trusted financial partner in the communities we serve.

Work Environment

This position is primarily office-based and includes travel to community events, business meetings, networking opportunities, and other organizational activities.

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $95,000 annually, with eligibility for a generous annual bonus. Compensation will be commensurate with experience, qualifications, and demonstrated ability to contribute to the strategic goals of TEG Federal Credit Union.
