Personal Injury Paralegal / Case Manager

Responsibilities Review and analyze medical records to identify case value and coordinate treatment. Frequent contact and communication with clients to provide case updates and explain medical treatment. Assist clients in navigating medical providers and procedures. Open claims with insurance companies and request health insurance liens. Assist clients with property damage claims. Gather and organize relevant documentation such as medical records, police reports, and witness statements. Prepare and submit demands. Qualifications An overall positive attitude and strong work ethic are of the upmost importance to our Firm’s values. A minimum of 2 years of experience in Personal Injury case management, with a strong knowledge of medical treatment and ability to manage cases effectively. Highly motivated with a professional demeanor. Ability to work independently and handle a high volume of cases. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other legal software. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required. The annual salary for this position is between $70,000-$85000 .
