Job Responsibilities
- Manage the customer journey and ensure that customers are maximising their experience with Netflix.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing support to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.
- Analyse customer feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal solutions and create value for customers.
- Develop strategies to increase customer adoption and retention rates.
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Prepare reports and presentations highlighting customer success stories and challenges.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and Netflix’s product offerings to effectively advise customers.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Desired Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role.
- Experience in the entertainment or technology sector is preferable.
- Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and achieving customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of data analysis to drive customer success initiatives.
