Client Services Coordinator

We're searching for a warm, organized, and proactive client services coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for clients and help create an outstanding client experience from the first phone call through the completion of their matter. Are you a talented multitasker who enjoys interacting with people? We're looking for a positive, organized, and professional Client Services Coordinator to be the welcoming first point of contact for our local business. In this position, you will play a vital role in ensuring every client feels welcomed, informed, and supported. You will manage client communications, coordinate appointments, maintain organized records, and work closely with our attorneys and legal team to keep matters moving smoothly.
