Compensation rate is based on candidate experience aligned to this role level in range between $127,000 and $160,000. Inpatient Abdominal Transplant Clinical Pharmacist The Massachusetts General Hospital is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Inpatient Abdominal Transplant Clinical Pharmacist. The Inpatient Abdominal Transplant Clinical Pharmacist will cover abdominal transplant patients, serving as an expert of pharmacotherapy for the interdisciplinary transplant team. Clinical Pharmacists assume responsibility and accountability for the provision of safe, effective, and prompt medication therapy. This position requires application of clinical training to review transplant pharmacotherapy on interdisciplinary rounds, lead education for patients and healthcare professionals, contribute to protocols and guidelines, quality improvement and research projects, and training for residents and students. The Inpatient Abdominal Transplant Clinical Pharmacist is an exceptional resource to the Pharmacy and Transplant Departments, with whom they collaborate closely.
