Accounts Payable Specialist - Full Time - Work From Home

[Accounts Receivable / Remote] - Anywhere in U.S. / Competitive Pay / Flexible Medical-Dental-Vision-Life-AD&D / EAP / 401(k) matching / HSA-FSA - As a Accounts Payable Specialist - Full Time - Work From Home at Sevita Health, you will: manage and process all accounts payable transactions accurately and in a timely manner; reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies; review and code invoices for proper account classification; maintain accurate records of all payments made and outstanding balances; prepare and process electronic payments; communicate with vendors to ensure timely and accurate receipt of invoices; collaborate with other departments to resolve any issues related to accounts payable; maintain confidentiality of financial information; ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures; and support the accounting team with month-end closing.
