Telecom Service Delivery Analyst

IDR is seeking a Telecom Service Delivery Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Georgia. This role is integral to supporting telecommunications operations, focusing on process improvement, vendor management, and operational reporting.

Position Overview for the Telecom Service Delivery Analyst:

• Analyze telecommunications and network service operations to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
• Develop, document, and maintain operational procedures, workflows, standards, and governance processes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and optimize service delivery.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics related to service requests, incidents, assets, projects, and vendor performance.
• Collaborate effectively with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to support operational needs.

Requirements for the Telecom Service Delivery Analyst:

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, IT operations, service delivery, or process improvement.
• Experience documenting business processes, workflows, procedures, and operational standards.
• Experience analyzing data, creating reports, and developing metrics or dashboards for business stakeholders.
• Experience managing vendor relationships, reviewing invoices, reconciling billing, and tracking service costs.
• Experience supporting IT infrastructure, telecommunications, networking, or enterprise technology services.
