Job Type: Full-Time Experience: Senior Level (10+ Years) Salary: $85k to $100k Location : Chatsworth, CA The Opportunity TROYCO is looking for a seasoned Senior Concrete Estimator who takes pride in high-accuracy bidding and technical excellence. We tackle a diverse range of projects, from high-end Residential builds to complex Commercial developments. We are looking for a professional who loves the "deep dive" of a complex take-off and wants to be part of a tech-forward, expert team. If you have a decade of experience navigating the nuances of concrete and want to work in an environment where your expertise is the backbone of our success, we’d love to have you join us. How You’ll Contribute Project Execution: Own the bid process for our Commercial and Residential projects, ensuring every cubic yard of concrete and pound of rebar is accounted for with surgical precision. Digital Take-offs: Perform 100% digital take-offs using PlanSwift . We utilize custom assemblies and templates to stay at the top of our game. ProEst Advantage: We highly value modern estimating tools. If you bring ProEst experience to the table, it’s a significant plus for our workflow. Technical Insight: Review structural drawings and project manuals to identify site challenges, inclusions, and exclusions, ensuring a bulletproof scope of work. Team Collaboration: Work alongside our project management and field teams to ensure a seamless transition from the "won bid" to a successful pour. What You Bring The Experience: 10+ years of dedicated concrete estimating experience. The Tools: Expert-level mastery of PlanSwift and Excel. Experience with ProEst is a major bonus. The Foundation: A degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering (or equivalent high-level field experience). The Knowledge: Comprehensive mastery of CSI Division 03, ASCC standards, and building codes. Why TROYCO?
