Physical Therapist - Full Time

Role Provides physical therapy services to restore and improve patients' physical, social, and mental functions, serving as a co-leader in interdisciplinary treatment teams. Responsibilities Conducts patient evaluations, develops individualized treatment and discharge plans, and applies appropriate clinical techniques and protocols. Supervises assigned assistants and ensures comprehensive clinical documentation. Performs additional duties as needed.
